By Law Update
Our Board has completed revising and updating our organization Bylaws. The update provides specificity to our Bylaws in the areas of Membership qualifications, voting procedures, elections and officer qualifications. These changes will help guide your Neighborhood Association in ensuring we effectively represent you in all our interactions with each other and with City and County authorities.
The earlier Bylaws were last revised in 2019, and don't completely address many of the questions that have arisen in the day to day operations of our Association. A brief summary of the latest revisions are available at SPPNA Bylaw Summary.
The new Bylaws were voted upon and accepted by the Board at the October 8th, 2025 Board Meeting and are now Posted in there entirety on the GOVERNANCE PAGE.
